We reported last month that the genealogy-themed program Finding Your Roots was postponed as PBS assessed the program in light of the Ben Affleck controversy, WDYTYA Returns 26 July 2015 & Finding Your Roots Postponed.
We can now report that the dust has settled and that Season 3 will air, 'Finding Your Roots' to return for at least a season after PBS probe of Ben Affleck episode (U.S. News & World Report). According to Huffington Post, the show will return in January 2016, Season 3 of 'Finding Your Roots' Green-Lighted for January 2016 Return on PBS.
