So Many Holidays ... so Little Time!

Though this document was posted as a source of prompts for genealogy bloggers by Thomas MacEntee of Geneabloggers, I want to share it with you because I just found it a fascinating read!  It lists a bunch of famous, infamous and obscure holidays so that when someone is desperate for a blog topic, they might find a worthy suggestion!

I just found it fun to read ... some of the ones I found funny (based just on the name and having NO idea what the event/celebration is about) are:

·              Something on a stick day
·              National open an umbrellas indoor day
·              For Pete’s sake day

Which ones caught your eye?  Are there any good "genealogical" ones we need to celebrate?
