The annual Fairfax Ge
nealogical Society Spring Conference is just around the corner at the Fair Oaks Marriott in . On Friday, March 25th, we are offering a two hour lecture in the afternoon/early evening followed that night by a 30 minute “mini-lecture” from Ancestry.com and a one hour lecture to finish the evening. During that entire time we will also be offering consultations with our speakers. Fairfax, Virginia
On Saturday, March 26th, we have four tracks. Each track features four, one hour lectures for a total of 16 hour long lectures on Saturday. There is also a 5,000 square foot vendor hall. If your members still haven’t gotten enough ge
nealogical learning, there will also be more mini-lectures during the lunch break on Saturday plus many vendors feature demos and offer door prizes for registered attendees.
This year our featured speakers are Warren Bittner and Leslie Albrecht Huber, both of whom will be speaking on Friday and Saturday. On Saturday they will be joined by Charles S. Mason, CG, and Jennifer Dondero for our four tracks of lectures. All four, along with Bob McLaren, will be offering 20 minute consultations on Friday.
