National Library of Ireland releases Roman Catholic parish registers

I have had today circled on my calendar since I first heard about this project!

The National Library of Ireland has released its entire collection of Roman Catholic parish registers as images organized by parish.

There is a great article on Irish Genealogy News which walks you through key features of the new website.

Do note that there are not parish registers available for all parishes on this website.  For those not included, you are provided information as to where those records might be find such as via ...
Makes me wish I had Irish ancestry!
