Veterans Day

On this Veterans Day, a great way to honor Veterans is to keep their stories alive in our research.

To help us do this, Ancestry.com is offering free access to its entire collection of U.S. military records from November 11-14.

Some of the newer records groups you will find within the U.S. Military collection are:
·                  World War II Prisoners of the Japanese, 1941-1945
·                  Pennsylvania Veterans Burial Cards, 1777-1999

Whether your ancestors served in the
U.S. or abroad, do remember the sacrifices they and their families made on behalf of their country.

If you know of any other sites offering free access to their military collections or have a neat find to share, please post a comment here or on the NGS Facebook page!
