The National Genealogical Society invites you to participate in the Society Roundup, an innovative exposition for your organization on Wednesday, May 4th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Select genealogical and historical societies are being invited to be part of a very special opportunity to promote their organization. Reserve your table online today!
Your society can have one of a limited number of tables, positioned prominently in the corridor outside the Exhibitors Hall. Staff your table to answer questions about your society’s activities; sell your publications; network with other conference guests; and help promote genealogy and historical research. This is a rare chance to reach a large number of conference attendees and tell them who you are, what you have done, and what services and resources you have available.
Reserve your table soon because space for the Roundup night is limited to thirty tables. The Exhibitors Hall registration is filling up very quickly, and the registration for this conference is already setting a record pace. Tables can be rented for $30 which includes one skirted 30” x 6’ table and two chairs. No electricity or internet connectivity can be provided.
Hope to see you in
